Software Engineer
I was tasked with improving a decade-old source management system for a team of 10. I researched various tools, addressed team concerns, and developed a custom solution for a smooth transition. The result was successful adoption of the new system without data loss, leading to increased trust and satisfaction.

President of Junior-Entreprise
As President of ETIC, I led a 60-person team, including a 10-member executive board, all working alongside demanding academics. I motivated the team by fostering a culture of trust, aligning personal and company goals. This approach led to a 60% growth in turnover reaching an historical 450k€ a year.

Customer service agent
I started at Decathlon as a cashier, managing click&collect orders with inefficient paper and Excel systems. I developed a prototype tracking system in my free time, which impressed my supervisor and earned their trust to refine it. The solution saved time, became widely used, and was recommended for regional presentation.

Dona – iOS Task Management App
Launched a minimalist productivity solution from scratch
Some people struggle to feel organized with existing task managers: too complex, requiring accounts, or overloaded with features. I wanted to design a product that clears the mind instead of cluttering it. The challenge was to craft a minimalist yet powerful experience, while standing out in a crowded market.
Solution
I built Dona from scratch: discovery, competitive analysis, and user interviews led to a value proposition around “Free your mind.” I designed a warm, minimal interface, created a branding system, and prototyped in Figma before developing in Swift. I planned a clear roadmap (POC → MVP → V2) and ran a marketing campaign with ads and social media to reach early adopters.

L’Oréal – Global Timesheet Dashboard
Transformed complex timesheet data into actionable insights
Teams at L’Oréal lacked a unified view of time allocation, with fragmented Excel files and inconsistent reporting. This created inefficiencies, made cross-team comparison difficult, and slowed decision-making. The challenge was to design a solution that simplified access to data while aligning diverse stakeholders across regions.
Solution
I led the project end-to-end: running 15 cross-functional workshops to capture needs, wireframing the user flows, and collaborating with an external provider for data models. I crafted the dashboard in Power BI, focusing on clarity and usability. To ensure adoption, I built a change management plan and organized training sessions for international teams.

Ecoexya – CSR Challenge Platform
Conceived a Web App to gamify sustainability at Coexya
Coexya wanted to raise awareness around CSR internally but started from a blank slate. There was no defined concept, user flow, or technical scope. The challenge was to transform this vague request into a concrete digital product that could engage employees through playful, motivating features.
Solution
As Product Lead of a 5-student team, I structured the discovery phase, benchmarked gamification practices, and mapped out user journeys. I created wireframes and mockups in Figma, integrating features such as AI-driven recommendations and point-based challenges. Throughout, I coordinated development sprints and aligned the team on design and technical decisions.
I have a multidisciplinary academic background combining engineering and business. I started at INSA Lyon, where I developed strong technical foundations, and continued my studies at Trinity College Dublin, gaining an international perspective.
My passion for business led me to pursue a Master in Management at HEC Paris, to expand my understanding of strategy and market dynamics. This blend of engineering and business allows me to approach digital product development from both a technical and strategic perspective, aiming to create impactful solutions.
